DALLAS -- Celebrity Phoebe Price, spokes model for Ring Plus, is taking on the telecom giant AT&T, which has subpoenaed Ms. Price and is requiring her to relinquish her personal video.

While attending a press conference where the company Ring Plus was announcing their second patent in the lucrative RBT (ring back tone) market, Ms. Price took out her personal video camera and filmed the press conference for her own review.

This video also contains private information that Ms. Price filmed on separate occasions. She considers this personal video private information that is meant for HER EYES ONLY.

Currently Ring Plus is suing AT&T in Marshall, Texas, in a patent infringement suit regarding the Cingular Answer Tones service on telephones (Patent No.7,006,608; Court Case Number 2-06cv-159-DF).
On June 5, 2007, (Patent No. 7,227,929) for ring back technology was issued.
