The Legacy at Willow Bend Names Corey Vaillant Director of Assisted Living |
- DALLAS, TEXAS, NOVEMBER 7, 2008: Plano’s first and only life care retirement community, The Legacy at Willow Bend, has named Corey Vaillant director of assisted living. The announcement was made by Michael Ellentuck, president of The Legacy Senior Communities, Inc.
Vaillant joins The Legacy at Willow Bend from Sunrise Senior Living where she served as assisted living coordinator. In addition, Vaillant’s health care industry experience includes DaySpring Assisted Living, Western Rim Properties and Caregiver Support Systems, LLC.
Vaillant received a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI. She received a master’s degree in applied gerontology from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. Vaillant’s professional certifications include assisted living management and long-term care education. Additionally, Vaillant is certified through Dementia Care Professionals of America as a qualified dementia care provider and specialist.
